A Different Kind Of Conference

As our faith communities globally grow in their understanding of Worship and its place in emerging Christian communities, there is a need for all of us to come together and build a community of shared ideas and experiences.

The Church in one geographic location has a lot to learn from the church in another geographic location and we all, in humility, need to come together as brothers and sisters in Christ to strengthen one another, challenge each other spiritually and be willing to learn from one another in order that the Church of Christ globally may advance even more than we have seen before.

In August 2010, a team of 14 people from Woodvale Pentecostal Church – Ottawa, Canada are coming to Uganda for a FREE worship Conference to do just this! Worship Harvest Kampala, the host church, is making this conference open to churches of all denominations all over the capital city.

The conference is going to be held on August 8, 9, 10, and 12 at St Francis Chapel, Makerere and is open to worship teams from all denominations around Kampala.

The main features of this unique conference shall be 2 evenings (August 8 and 9) of foundational teaching on spiritual Principles by the keynote speakers - Moses Mukisa and Paulo Mugarura – followed by 2 evenings (August 10 and 12) of dedicated master classes focusing on Vocal Performance, Song Writing, and Instrumentation.

Please consider coming and bringing your worship team along with you for 4 exciting days of teaching, discussion, master classes and ministry exchange.

Feel free to browse around this site and read up on the traveling team, keynote speakers, or get more information about the master classes.

August is coming soon so be sure to register your team by emailing us at ug2010worshipconference@gmail.com or calling this number: 256 -312 -281 -555
